devmobasa 099cfea832 chore(tooling): update the pinned .NET SDK to 11 RC2 
Update global.json and the SDK consistency guard to
11.0.100-rc.2.26504.105. Refresh the release and version-metadata fixtures
while preserving strict SDK selection.
